Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Selessa does not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
